General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) announced its partnership with Shift5 to integrate the company’s onboard cyber anomaly detection and predictive maintenance capabilities into the MQ-9A Reaper for the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC).
Airbus has finalized the acquisition of U.S.-based Aerovel and its unmanned aerial system (UAS), Flexrotor, in a move to strengthen its portfolio of tactical unmanned solutions. Flexrotor is a small tactical unmanned aerial system designed for intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition and reconnaissance (ISTAR) missions at sea and over land.
Pyka and SNC have partnered to offer Pyka’s large-scale all-electric cargo uncrewed aerial system (UAS) to customers within the U.S. Department of Defense. The dynamic partnership combines SNC’s expertise in customizing solutions for the world’s most complex challenges and Pyka’s revolutionary autonomous electric cargo aircraft, Pelican Cargo.

(GA-ASI) and the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) celebrated the delivery of the first MQ-9A Extended Range Unmanned Aircraft System to Marine Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Training Squadron 2 (VMUT-2). The delivery is part of the Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Unmanned Expeditionary (MUX) Program.
